Also, psychotherapy can be applied with healthy people without problems that are interested in “growth and development”.
My psychotherapeutic approach
I would describe by style as relational. Psychotherapeutic modalities that I specialized are gestalt psychotherapy and integrative psychotherapy, but in my work I use the concepts and techniques from other modalities, primarily psychoanalysis, body psychotherapy, somatic experiencing trauma therapy, group analysis and somatic blueprint prenatal trauma therapy.
These are contemporary modalities of psychotherapy that are based on the work in the ‘here and now’, increasing awareness and horizontal relationship between client and therapist. They provide emotional reparative experience that was in practice proved to be fundamental for treatment of all mental health problems. Also, they are specific for usage of broad spectrum of techniques.
Details about psychotherapy practice
The population that I work with are adults and adolescents. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I also offer couples psychotherapy. Providing treatment can be carried out in Serbian and English language.
Location where the therapy sessions are held is in the city center of Belgrade, but there is a possibility of online sessions via video conference call for clients who live outside Belgrade.
